Church Activities - Newbold (Women's) Fellowship

Newbold Fellowship

Newbold Fellowship was set up in 1967 by the then Vicar’s wife, Mary Mighall, and has been meeting every month since then.

The meetings are held on the 1st Tuesday of each month (except August) at 7.30p.m. in the Chapel (the old Methodist Church) in Newbold. Our year begins in September with a meeting in St. Botolph’s Church with a very short service, followed by a speaker and the collection of the yearly subscriptions.

We usually have one outing a year, a games evening, strawberry cream tea, a quiz night, and a Christmas lunch at a local venue.

Membership currently costs £9 per year, plus £2.50 per meeting, which includes tea/coffee plus biscuits.

We welcome new members, so if you are new to the area or would like to meet and make new friends, Newbold Fellowship may be the answer!
